CHOMP MICROELECTRONICS LTD. (Shenzhen) Limited was established in 2001 in Shenzhen, China. Our services range from IC software development, electronic circuit designs, voice/sound editing to sales. CHOMP MICROELECTRONICS LTD is well-experienced and excellent in research and development of Voice ICs, MCU, ELA and SRAM for educational toys, dictionaries, consumer products, premiums, Medicare products, etc. We are working enthusiastically and spare no effect to fulfill customer’s needs by offering thoroughly solutions in particular products and applications.

In 2001, Mr. JasonXu quitted the good job in foreign company and carefully prepared to found his own company. After a period of hard working, he finally set up “Chomp Technology LTD” on 24th December, 2001.
 
After a year, Chomp kept employing excellent staff and enriched the R&D team. In 2002, there were over 30 employees, which was a big step compared with the 3 employees one year ago. The developed products also expanded from education electronics to toys, gifts and home electronics.
 
As the business keeps growing, the sales team is also expanding! In Oct, 2004, Chomp founded another branch office in Shunde city. In 2005, the employee reached 50 persons and the company rules and regulations were continuously improved, which has formed the unique company culture of Chomp:Teamwork, Hardworking, Striving, and Innovation !
 
In early 2006, the employees were over 80 persons. The office area can not meet the requirement of the expanding, so another office in Gangxia which is about 1200㎡was rented in March of 2006..
 
To expand the business and provide better service for customers, we renamed “Chomp Technology LTD” as “Chomp Microelectronics LTD” in 12th May, 2006, and it becomes general tax payer.
 
From 2007 to 2008, the R&D team worked very hard and finished many developments. Chomp applied several software registration rights and patents; and got “Software Enterprise” certificationin 2008.
 
In 2009, Chomp founded a new R&D team, which focuses on the development of the Operating system based on 32bit ARM MCU and got a great success, so Chomp won the “National High-Tech Enterprise” certification in Oct. 2009.
 
In Oct. 2010, the top managers visited Sonix Taiwan factory. During the visiting, they enhanced the communication on technology and business, and learned the new technology trends.
 
In January 2011, Chomp got the award of “Outstanding Performance of 2010” from Sonix. From then on, Chomp keeps on leading the market of the educational electronics; and reaches a new step by proving considerate service for customers and the advanced management system. At the same year  Chomp started good cooperation with Allwinner on the smart device solution for kids and has got great success on the worldwide market.
 
In 2011, Chomp organized a team working on the Linux, android and IOS system for high level smart devices for kids, such as learning tablets, baby monitor. Also in this year, Chomp started good cooperation with Allwinneron the smart device solution for kids and has got great success on the worldwide market.
 
In 2012 and 2013, Chomp developed successfully the kids tablets for oversea customers based on the Android platform, which makes Chomp grow to a new stage!
 
In June 18th, 2014, Chomphasmovedto another better building because of company expansion. Chomp will continue to try its utmostto support its customers with better services and better products in both domestic and foreign market.
